Rules for using, sharing and referencing Moon Darque content

All songs, videos, lyrics, images and related content published under the name Moon Darque are original works initiated,
written and conceptually directed by Marion Grand.

The following applies to all artistic output:

• Lyrics: original works of authorship by the creator
• Music: generated with AI assistance, prompted and directed by the creator
• Vocals: AI-generated performances, based on voice models selected and guided by the creator
• Visuals: including music videos and artworks, created using AI tools, then edited and curated by the creator
• Storyboards and video prompts: written, refined and aligned with the overall concept by the creator

All content is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Without explicit written permission, the following uses are not allowed:

• Re-uploading videos or visual material (in full or in part) to other platforms
• Using visuals or lyrics for remixes, edits, mashups, or derivative works
• Using audio content for remixes, edits, or derivative works outside of Content ID-supported platforms (e.g. YouTube Music)
• Sampling audio, lyrics, or visuals for other projects — including music production, video creation, or AI training
• Any commercial use of Moon Darque content — including background usage in media, events, or promotional material
